I heard this while sitting in traffic, and I was devastated. I almost cried when a mother said that she sees her child once a year and that there was nothing she could do about it. America, is it the law or lack of law that challenges these families?? It’s disturbing and horrifying to know that a (Native American) child can be removed from the reservation while bringing in up to $4000 to South Dakota. WTF is going on? Is there anything a Californian can do here???!!!
